THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're working with a market leading global business who is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the team as part of their 2022 strategic growth plans.
This long-standing organisation are experts in their field winning several industry awards over the years and continuing to grow year on year. You'll be joining as a Customer Service Administrator where you'll be supporting their clients from their initial enquiries through to delivery and ongoing relationship building.
You'll need to have experience in a similar position such as Customer Service, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Sales Executive, Internal Sales, Inside Sales and be highly organised and be confident to communicate with customers. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
You'll be handling customer enquiries and providing pricing/quotes
Following up on quotes to convert into orders
Liaising with suppliers to procure goods for orders
Looking after snag reports and logging manufacturer faults
Effectively deal with telephone enquiries requesting quotations, pricing and product information
Create and deliver reports for the Sales Director
Liaise with customers throughout their order process
Utilise the current business CRM system to proactively chase open quotes and opportunities
Ensure customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescalesTHE PERSON
Must have experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Sales Executive, Internal Sales, Inside Sales or similar Sales Support position
Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Good database skills and experience
Strong Sales Support & customer contact based background
Experience of building relationships with customers both internal and external
Excellent telephone manner & organisational skills
