The Company recruiting for the BDE:
The company have recently received investment, having doubled their revenue over the last three years and are looking to triple in size over the next 2 years. They have excellent reviews on Glassdoor and there is a clearly defined career path through the business. They invest heavily in your personal development and you will received Sandler sales training. They currently turnover £35m.

The Role of the BDE:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in a new business role selling the organisations range of IT professional services to large mid-market to enterprise level clients. You will research, map and network any potential clients. The role is well supported by a marketing team and inbound leads but you will be expected to be proactive in your approach. You will manage the full sales process from cradle to grave.

The Candidate for the BDE:
The organisation will consider a couple of different backgrounds for the role. The role has a heavy emphasis on selling peoples time and expertise so there is a clear link with recruitment and therefore candidates with previous experience in recruitment will be considered. If this has been in the technology space this will provide a distinct advantage.
Alternatively, if you have previous experience in a new business capacity selling IT/technology services/technology outsourcing you will also be considered.

The Package for the BDE:
BDE £40,000-£50,000 with double uncapped OTE
