Account Manager, Export
High Wycombe, Bucks
Salary to £30K + Bonus + BenefitsNew position created within a global manufacturing and supply company, as they continue their growth, winning exciting new business contracts.

The Role:

Joining a dedicated Internal Sales team, you'll be responsible for creating and encouraging ongoing sales activity by actioning all incoming enquiries with the aim of obtaining Sales Orders from clients across the World.

This will involve:

Retaining and developing customers by building trusted relationships both by phone and client visits
Ensuring successful deliveries, on time to meet customer needs globally
Sales order processing, acknowledgements and producing quotations
Liaison with the external Sales force to follow up on enquiries and quotations
Managing incoming enquiries, escalations and high severity requests where neededKey Attributes:

You'll be able to demonstrate the following:

Proven experience as an account manager, key account manager or similar role
Solid experience with CRM software and IT packages
Excellent listening, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Excellent customer focus and service as well as high level of commercial awareness
Advanced analytical, planning, organisational and decision-making skills
Flexible attitude and ability to handle changing priorities.
Familiar with pre & post Brexit export procedures into the EU and export customs entries
Skilled in export documentation (outside of the EU)
Experience working with all modes of transport (road, sea & air)
Ensure compliance to local regulations and apply for export licences where required
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.This role will involve international client visits, so please do not apply if you're unwilling to travel abroad.
