Are you an experienced Store Manager within a retail, art/gallery or homeware sector?

Are you a natural sales consultant who understands probing and closing a sale?

My client is currently recruiting for an experienced retail/store manager located on their shop floor in High Wycombe.

Duties:

Opening and closing the store
Assisting prospect customers, answering their questions, probing on their interests
Closing on sales
Negotiating sales
Processing sales
Cash handling
Arranging pickups and deliveries with customers
Amending the displays and merchandise
Pricing items
Ideal experience:

Experience within retail is essential
Exposure or interest within Art and Art Gallery’s is desirable  
Understanding of sales techniques and how to upsell
Personal, enthusiastic individual who is confident speaking with members of the public
Potential management experience is advantageous
