Retail Executive

£18,000 increasing to £19,800 after probation

Role Responsibilities:

* Deliver first class customer service – always exceeding customer expectations

* Being able to approach customers and ensuring that they are dealt with courteously, promptly and efficiently

* Dealing with enquires in a confident and efficient manner

* Having comprehensive product knowledge to be able to recommend alternative products as and when required

* Able to upsell products and identify improvements to processes to enhance customer service

* Resolving any customer issues to a satisfactory conclusion

* Keeping paperwork up to date to enable colleagues to follow tasks

* Maintain Showroom ensuring displays and products are up to date

* Ensure specific customer requirements are processed efficiently, promptly to meet delivery promised

* Assist customers with placing products in their vehicles

* Assist with training new members of staff

Person requirements

* A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a retail position, preferably with a luxury product

* Must have a passion for 5* customer service

* Must have strong and clear communication skills both written and verbal

* Candidates applying must have a driving licence and their own vehicle

* Be able to work Saturdays on a shift basis
