We are looking for an exceptional Mobile Customer Advisor to join the Carpetright family and become part of something special as we drive forward and look to the future.

How You’ll Play Your Part

Your role will be to deliver an exceptional end to end customer experience, helping our customers choose the right products to suit their needs as they look to develop their dream homes.

You will guide our customers through the entire sales journey, building rapport as you provide guidance and supporting with any queries they may have regarding our products, finance options or fitting. This will involve having the confidence to proactively approach customers and interact with them – not being afraid to share your opinions to help them make their decision.

What You’ll Need

The key to success is a clear drive and passion for customer service – how can you support our customers with purchasing the flooring or bed they need to create that perfect home?

We can teach you about our amazing products and services and will provide you with market leading training to help get you up and running. What we do need from you however is a professional approach, friendly manner, enthusiasm and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.

Demonstrable customer service experience is critical in this role and you must be able to interact well with people and confidently hold a conversation about what we are selling.

Don’t worry – we will provide you with training to bring you up to speed with our product range, you certainly don’t need to have home flooring experience but if you do, even better!

As you will be visiting local stores a driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential
