This temporary HR Administrator position is working for a growing logistics organisation based in High Wycombe.
Description
This temporary HR Administrator position based in High Wycombe, will involve the following responsibilities:
The first point of contact for HR queries
Analyse data where necessary and provide findings to team
Manage budgets and review opportunities to make cost savings
Processing paperwork and raising contracts
Supporting the wider HR team which consists of Payroll, Recruitment and Learning and Development
Working closely with all business areas, providing support with new starters, leavers and existing employees
Processing internal changes
Actioning monthly checklists and running reportsProfile
The successful candidate for this temporary position, will need to have the following skills:
Have solid experience working within an HR administrator role
Be confident and competent using Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using HR/ Recruitment/ Learning Development systems would be desirable
Experience of producing reports and manipulating data
Have great verbal and written communication skills
Be organised and be able to manage your time effectivelyJob Offer
