Day to day, your deputy store manager responsibilities will include the following:

Leading your team from the front, using established company principles to create an environment that enables everyone to deliver their best.
Managing day-to-day operations to achieve your store's key performance indicators (KPIs)
Optimising store processes through regular process analysis and implementation
Monitoring store figures against KPIs, managing deliveries and till areas
Ensuring your store complies with health and safety laws and standards
Acting as main focal point for customer queries and ensuring exceptional customer service standards across your store
Managing the store when the store manager is awaySkills and qualifications:

Experience of leading in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills
You make great customer experiences a constant priority
Always busy, always driven, you get stuck in and set an example to your team
