Junior / Data Insight Specialist – NFP * To £30,000 * Buckinghamshire/WFH Split * J11417

In this Data Insight Specialist role, you will support the Operational Hub teams to deliver excellent service and develop business improvements. You will work as part of a collaborative and inclusive team to scrutinise data, carry out root cause analysis, and produce solutions to get to the heart of issues quickly.

In this Insight Specialist job, these are some of the areas you would be working in:
●Helping organise, plan and execute multi-channel analysis for clients
●Ensuring the data' library' includes correct and accurate data at the right time and translate it in an informative way, showing how it links to the delivery of services to our customers and drive business improvement
●Contributing to analytical output that is robust and understandable for clients
●Taking part in discussions on internal/external performance and solutions to engage colleagues, senior members and board members
●Supporting GIS development as a critical analysis tool to allow quick, structured access to data

●Be strong at analysing and interpreting complex textual, statistical and other information
●Be confident, independent and have strong problem solving qualities
●Be able to produce robust, clear and accurate reports and recommendations to inform continuous improvement
●You will be a great multi-tasker, collaborator and be able to deliver complex projects
●Experience of working as part of a high-performing team in a customer-focused organisation
●Experience in translating good practice into an organisation's environment
●Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
