Homeowner Services Manager (Social Housing)
Salary: £48,200
High Wycombe / Beaconsfield area – working from home currently, with the possibility of some flexible working in the future
Immediate start
Full Time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Are you experienced in leasehold management or Social Housing?
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Homeowner Services Manager to join them on a full time basis.
The Homeowner Team provides internal expertise on leases and leasehold services. Going beyond the transactional management of enquiries, they understand the expectations of homeowners and the nuances that make their needs different. From the deep understanding of homeowners needs and expectations, the team proactively anticipates the service that needs to be delivered.
The team also provides the management of Paradigm’s portfolio of commercial properties.
In this brand new role you will:

Be responsible for the end to end delivery of homeowner services across the organisation.

Deliver a professional leasehold management service, working with relevant specialist service managers across the business to ensure the effectiveness of current service delivery arrangements.
*
Maintain and share a professional knowledge of current and emerging legislation and best practices.
*
Implement effective engagement approaches across the business and Enhance the customer experience.
*
Effectively manage and provide advice relating to their granted residential and commercial leases.
*
Provide the full management for the groups commercial properties
What our client are looking for:
*
Extensive experience of leasehold management including knowledge and ability to interpret residential and commercial leases
*
Thorough knowledge of leasehold legislation, policy and best practice relating to leasehold and homeownership management
*
Previous experience managing a team, along with strong leadership ability
*
Great Influencing skills
*
Experience of delivering customer focused and performance driven services within the social housing or private sector
*
Experience of commercial estate management would be advantageous
Social Housing experience is not essential if you have in depth leasehold management experience in the private sector.
