Maintenance Surveyor

Currently looking for an experienced Maintenance surveyor focused on electrical compliance to work for a Buckinghamshire based social housing provider.

Working in this role, you'll make sure that building regulations are followed in new and existing social housing.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

HNC in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
Experience in a local authority setting
Experience in Construction, ideally in residential propertiesYou will preferably be RICS qualified, but this is not essential.

Contract length: 6 months.

Rate: £28-32 per hour depending on experience.
