Greenacre Recruitment are working with a registered social landlord in the Buckinghamshire area to find a Voids Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

About the Role

As a valued member of our Property team, your responsibilities will include:

*

Being the friendly face, welcoming voice and reliable character during every interaction; liaising and coordinating contractor activity

*

Taking ownership and responsibility to resolve all types of enquiries to our customer’s satisfaction, including answering calls, emails, face to face enquiries as well as newer access channels such as social media, smart phone apps etc.

*

Working with staff from within your stem, and the wider Red Kite team focussing us on getting the right solution first time for our customers

*

Coordinating the technical element of the Empty Homes process, creating a seamless and smooth experience for both us, our contractors and our customers

*

Developing new and better ways of doing things so that we continuously improve – creativity and the ability to drive efficency upwards is a must
