Technical Cleaning Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Technical Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our Technical Cleaning Team

Technical Cleaning Supervisor Responsibilities:

– This is a multi skilled role which is office, customer facing, and field based. The correct candidate will carry out visits to customers premises in order to complete audits, quotations, specification of works, or customer meetings.
– Responsible for all staff under you and responsible for maintaining correct policies and procedures at all times.
– Responsible for day to day decisions that relate to the effective management of the designated Technical Cleaning Team.

Technical Cleaning Supervisor Requirements:

– Strong interpersonal skills; the desired candidate will have fantastic communication skills, the ability to motivate a team, challenge poor performance, and improve work place desirability.
– Financial and budgetary skills.
– Exemplary logistical problem solving skills using their own initiative to plan multiple projects utilising the appropriate skills within the team to place them with the most suitable project.
– Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office, you will be proficient in sending well written e-mails and have a good basic knowledge in Microsoft excel which will be essential in your role.
