To act as the main contact for Customers, Customer Service Centre and other colleagues to progress repairs through to satisfactory completion.
* To be responsible for undertaking daily diary scheduling for numerous trades persons on the SDM system, make timely real time adjustments to trades persons work plans
* Liasing with tenants regarding repairs to their property
* To continuously plan work flow by effectively scheduling appointments with Tenants
* Deal with all unavailable appointment time slots by the re-organisation of work to trade persons and liaising with residents as required.
* Resolve day-to-day/operational issues using own initiative within broad guidelines, referring only the most complex issues and situations to the Repairs Managers.
* To assist the Repairs Managers in ensuring the correct materials/goods are delivered in a timely manner to allow trades persons to complete works.
* Prepare daily run sheets, including printed Works Orders/Inspections from Northgate
* To ensure all trade persons non-working activities are entered accurately onto the scheduling system with relevant notes. The Scheduler’s will advise the Repairs Manager on the availability of staff for various activities
