Property Manager

£25,000 – £30,000

Monday – Friday (1/3 Saturday's)

8.30am- 6pm

You will be working for a well known estate agency in High Wycombe. As the successful candidate you will contribute to the increased market share of lettings instruction, ensuring quality and accuracy of all marketing related to each listing.

This is a very progressive opportunity with an excellent and exclusive base salary and uncapped commission structure, plus many more exclusive employee benefits.

You will have a minimum of 12 months valuation/listing experience within residential lettings and an excellent knowledge of legislation surrounding lettings. You will need to have strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport. We need someone that has the ability to remain calm and focused while under pressure, due to the nature of the working environment and volume fluctuation.

A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
