Our client, an extremely successful management company based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for managing the complete delivery of maintenance response service to clients and customers, adhering to strict SLA’s and deadlines and taking ownership and accountability for the completion of works within portfolio remit.
Key Duties:
• Effective receipt/evaluation of maintenance requests, setting priorities and assigning work accordingly
• Investigating complaints, resolving and escalating
• Collating information and recording accordingly on job management systems, ensuring all parties involved are up to date with current vital data and information
• Devising maintenance plans and proactively ensuring repairs are completed to the client’s satisfaction
• Ensuring jobs are allocated and completed in line with SLA’s
• Managing all resources associated with specific job events, including vital information, other trade/specialists, other colleagues, parts, materials and equipment
• Utilising all aspects of the job management system in order to work efficiently and productively
• Setting office tasks for own workload and other work colleagues, working as a team to effectively complete work
• Maximising revenue margin effectively on each job
• Ordering/chasing parts required to complete works
• Managing/scheduling all planned service works and certificates associated with properties and equipment
• Following up works which have been quoted but not instructed and retaining/log feedback of any works not carried out with reasons why
• Identifying process flaws and gaps in service delivery, suggesting improvements and better working practice
• Assisting to prioritise work and daily jobs for maintenance workers/contractors
• Handling quotations, raising POs and processing invoices from contractors
• Providing service updates and relevant information to the client
Special requirements include:
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Co-ordinator
• Ability to prioritise workload and categorise jobs urgency correctly and appropriately
• Ability to use initiative and think outside the box whilst implementing strong organisation and co-ordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate and with the ability to professionally represent the client at all levels
• Keen eye for detail and thoroughness
• A self-starter with self-managed discipline
• Strong relationship and rapport builder
• Team player
• Current driving licence as, on occasion, the necessity to visit properties may arise
