Answering incoming calls and ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
-Qualifying applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings.
-Recommending similar properties based on their needs.
-Providing those unfamiliar with the area with information as to location, facilities, schools, etc.
-Running and maintaining an affective mailing list of tenants and taking a proactive approach to with this and any new instructions/remarkets that become available
-Showing properties positively to achieve lets.
-Ensuring that properties are secure and lighting switched off after showing.
-Updating landlors
-Negoiating offers
