We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeowner Leasehold Manager to join a our clients in the High Wycombe area. The Homeowner Team provides internal expertise on leases and leasehold services. Going beyond the transactional management of enquiries, we understand the expectations of homeowners and the nuances that make their needs different. From the deep understanding of homeowners needs and expectations, the team proactively anticipates the service that needs to be delivered. The team also provides the management of a portfolio of commercial properties.

In this brand new role you will:

Be responsible for the end to end delivery of homeowner services across the organisation.

Deliver a professional leasehold management service, working with relevant specialist service managers across the business to ensure the effectiveness of current service delivery arrangements.

*

Maintain and share a professional knowledge of current and emerging legislation and best practices.

*

Implement effective engagement approaches across the business and Enhance the customer experience.

*

Effectively manage and provide advice relating to granted residential and commercial leases.

*

Provide the full management of commercial properties

What we're looking for:

*

Extensive experience of leasehold management including knowledge and ability to interpret residential and commercial leases

*

Thorough knowledge of leasehold legislation, policy and best practice relating to leasehold and homeownership management

*

Previous experience managing a team, along with strong leadership ability.

*

Great stakeholder management and Influencing skills

*

Experience of delivering customer focused and performance driven services within the social housing or private sector

*

Experience of commercial estate management would be advantageous

Social Housing experience is not essential if you must have in depth leasehold management experience in the private sector.
