Community Manager Job in High Wycombe
A brand new role for an experienced senior customer service/care professional with proven experience working within the housebuilding industry.
Our client is the residential property management division of one of the UK’s largest national property businesses with close to 12,000 employees, an annual turnover in excess of £800 million and over £4 billion in assets.
Role & Responsibilities
* Oversee the in-house maintenance personnel as well as any contracted services such as housekeeping and security.
* Ensure H&S compliance as well as proactive/reactive maintenance
* Being the initial welcome and comfortable dealing with residents onsite, third party stakeholders and senior management team
* Completion of incident reports on all incidents that pose a threat to person or property and notify the BTR Associate of these incidents so further action may be pursued if necessary.
* Identify property redecoration and refurbishment projects if required to maximise rental values.
* Initiate community activities to promote resident engagement and a community spirit. – Assist in developing yearly operating budgets, forecasts, lettings and marketing plans.
* Work Closely with Build to Rent Associate to accurately create, prepare and convey all operational and financial data, identify property goals and objectives and develop yearly forecasts and budgets.
* Ensure that you deliver a first class customer service experience
* Conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys and analysing any findings
* Be forward thinking and look for ways to continually improve processes and services, streamlining and improving efficiencies
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous management of team supervisor experience
* Previous experience working in a KPI and target driven environment
* A proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and external contractors/suppliers
* An ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance all aspects and functions of the business.
