Cleaner – Technical Specialist

We are recruiting for a Specialist Cleaner to become a part of our Technical Cleaning Team

The correct candidate will be responsible for cleaning and ensuring appropriate standards.
Job duties are to be performed in a professional manner, in accordance with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

The technical cleaner reports to the Team Leader and is to perform a variety of floor maintenance, professional window cleaning, washroom deep cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning and other associated cleaning tasks.

Cleaner – Technical Specialist Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating various types of floor care machinery including floor buffers and scrubbers
Responsible for securing working area, using appropriate safety barricades, and removing when duties are completed and area is safe for public us
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ensure that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the companies H&S policies
Ensure that equipment’s and vehicles are cleaned and emptied / refilled at the end of each shift ready for the next shift/team.

Cleaner – Technical Specialist Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills; the desired candidate will have fantastic communication skills.
The correct candidate will be flexible, reliable and honest.
Working under instruction and under own initiative, the right candidate will also need to promote the business and initiate future sales.
Previous floor care/carpet cleaning experience is essential.
Previous professional window cleaning / reach and wash experience.
Experience of Washroom Deep Cleaning.
Experience of Kitchen Deep Cleaning.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team.
Some early starts and night work, plus weekend work required.
At least two years cleaning experience, window cleaning, carpet cleaning preferred but training to be provided.
Full drivers license is essential.
IPAF is desirable but not essential.
