Caretaker

Location: High Wycombe and Slough– Primary School and Secondary School – May 2021 start

Two fantastic opportunites have arisen for experienced care takers.

A secondary school  located in the heart of High Wycombe. is looking for a residential / shift care taker. The school is actively seeking to employ caretaker to help implement maintain the school facilities. The hours are 10.30 pm – 6.30 am and 2.30 pm – 10.30 pm (week on week).

A primary school, located in Slough, is looking for a full time care taker 6.30 am – 4.30 pm (to be confirmed).

You will be surrounded by opportunities and people who are always seeking to develop new ways to make positive change. 

The Role

Open and close the school
Carry out Health and Safety and Fire checks
Attend any minor maintenance issues
Set the priorities for maintenance and repairs
Manage access to the premises and maintaining security
Clean or supervise cleaning
Plan site use and development
Supervise external contractors
Managing site staff
The Ideal Candidate

Be able to work flexibly
Have basic DIY skills
Be reasonably fit to cope with the lifting and carrying involved
