Caretaker

Location: High Wycombe – Primary School – September 2021

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a primary school setting located in the heart of High Wycombe. The school is actively seeking to employ caretaker to help implement maintain the school facilities.

You will be surrounded by opportunities and people who are always seeking to develop new ways to make positive change. 

The Role

Open and close the school
Carry out Health and Safety and Fire checks
Attend any minor maintenance issues
Set the priorities for maintenance and repairs
Manage access to the premises and maintaining security
Clean or supervise cleaning
Plan site use and development
Supervise external contractors
Managing site staff
The Ideal Candidate

Be able to work flexibly
Have basic DIY skills
Be reasonably fit to cope with the lifting and carrying involved
