We have partnered with one of the largest retailers in UK, who are situated in beautiful offices near High Wycombe. The team are recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor to join their welcoming and vibrant office. Excellent opportunity to work with a well-established brand and supportive team. Fully office based.

You will be confident in hiring exceptional talent directly into their retail stores across the UK, which covers the North division. You will be managing the store recruitment process and really thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be passionate about in-house recruitment and deliver a fantastic experience to their candidates and internal customers.

Resourcing Advisor Responsibilities:

Managing the recruitment process for their job vacancies in the retail division.
Understanding/identifying the recruitment needs whilst partnering with their hiring managers.
Effectively utilising their recruitment software and digital solutions to drive efficiency in processes.
Monitoring and keeping track for the pre-employment processes.
Ensuring all right to work checks and hiring compliance is accurate.
Maintaining an in-depth ATS system, ensuring data is compliant, accurate and tidy.
Organising and attending regional recruitment events to assist with high-volume recruitment.
Put the customer and business strategy at the heart of decision making.Resourcing Advisor Key Skills:

1-2 years high volume recruitment experience
Demonstrated ability to show accuracy and exemplary attention to detail.
