We at Core Group Based in High Wycombe, are on the lookout for a Resourcer to join our team.
 
 
With this being a very important position for us to fill, we are looking for an individual with specific traits and attributes. Things such as; hard working, down to earth, polite, punctual and enthusiastic.
 
 
Previous experience working in either recruitment or sales is desired but we are looking for specifically, the right attitude and application and along with the above traits we can teach you the rest.
 
 
A typical week in the life of a Resourcer at Core Group involves:
 
 
General data entry (inputting candidate and client details into a computer system) & working with basic excel spreadsheets.
 
Handling incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
 
Speaking to candidates.
 
Placing adverts for temporary and permanent positions.
 
Replying to emails and handling queries in a timely manner.
 
This role will involve resourcing tasks and other responsibilities related to 2 different sectors.
 
 
Starting salary for this role will be £18,000-£20,000 per year. After successful completion of a 3 month probationary period. From there on there are annual salary reviews depending on performance & opportunities to progress to a recruitment consultant & more!
