Recruitment Consultant – Science Graduate opportunity

£25,000 plus bonus

Are you a recent science graduate with degree level 2:1 or above?

If so, I would love to hear from you as my client, a highly prestigious organisation, are now seeking their next superstar to be trained into a fully fledge 360 recruitment consultant role.

Key role responsibilities:

* Manage own accounts and client base and work towards personally set targets

* Conducting face to face and telephone interviews with potential candidates

* Attending events such as exhibitions

* Attending client meetings regularly and business pitches

* Maintain regular contact with both candidates and clients while gaining market information and current vacancies

* Assisting colleagues as and when necessary

Role requirements:

* Recent graduate with a degree of 2:1 or above

* ‘Can do’ attitude with a real passion for recruitment

* Resilience

* Ability to learn medical jargon

* Self-confidence, ability to influence, excellent relationship building skills and a positive & enthusiastic outlook

Please note that candidates must live within a 40 minute drive of the office and have a full clean driving licence!
