We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator for our client who is expanding and in need of additional support for their Recruitment team. Responsibilities will include on boarding new recruits, ensuring all the correct employment checks have been made, and documentation has been verified, and agreements have been signed. You will also be responsible for placing advertisements on external job boards and maintaining the company database. There will also be some ad hoc administration work.
Our client is happy to consider either full time or part time applications.
The full time hours are 9.00– 17.00 (part time 20 hours)
This is a temp to perm opportunity, with a permanent contract being offered after a successful trial period.
Special Requirements:
• Previous Recruitment experience desirable but not essential
• Previous office Administration experience
• Excellent communications skills
• Research skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Pro-active and good attention to detail
• Team Player
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite
