Human Resources Assistant (Maternity Cover)
High Wycombe
£23,000 (DOE)
Our client, a fantastic and extremely busy company based in High Wycombe, are now looking for a Human Resources Assistant who will assist the team in the provision of a pro-active HR service. You will need to have strong administration skills and attention to detail.

Role responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process including ensuring accurate job descriptions are prepared, sourcing candidates, logging applications, arranging interviews, producing interview packs and more!
* Conducting first stage interviews and actively assist with selection decisions
* Preparing all new starter paperwork including offer letters and contractual paperwork
* Communicate with successful candidates on a regular basis to ensure that their onboarding experience is a good one
* Provide advice and support to staff and managers on recruitment matters and support the HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor with general HR tasks
* Administration tasks associated with the day to day queries and issues
Person specification
* Experience in the HR department
* Experience in internal recruitment
* Passionate about providing excellent service
* Organisational skills, planning skills and the ability to priorities your own workload
* Attention to detail
* Strong numerical; and analytical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Highly IT literate, including MS and database skills
* Natural team player
* CIPD Level 2 Qualification (desirable)
