We currently have a fabulous opportunity a 12 month contract to cover maternity for one of our valued clients based in Buckinghamshire.
This position will commence in September so a full handover is undertaken with the current post holder. You will be CIPD level 3 qualified with experience of working in and supporting an established HR department.
Role Functions;
* Supporting and managing a busy recruitment process- preparing accurate job descriptions and person specifications
* Sourcing candidates
* Logging of all applications
* Arranging interviews and producing interview packs
* Liaison with recruitment managers
* Running of first line interviews
* Preparation of new starter paper work and all on boarding
* Induction of new starters
* All referencing
* Attending HR meetings and taking minutes
* Assisting with all general HR tasks
