You'll be supporting the HR team on a real variety of tasks related to reward, benefits, employee relations, and maintaining the HRIS.
This is a truly generalist role where you'll gain wide exposure to all the different aspects of Human Resources – perfect to kickstart your HR career!
This role is based at company offices in High Wycombe – easily commutable from Slough, Maidenhead, Aylesbury, Amersham, etc.

You must have some industry experience under your belt – at least 1 year in a role where you have been supporting People and HR administration.
Excellent I.T skills are required for this role including use of MS Office suite plus it would be a huge advantage if you've used Workday HR system in the past.
You'll be joining a friendly team where you can build your knowledge and confidence, taking ownership of different projects and elements of the HR department.
