Our client is an expanding warehouse services organisation, with a head office in High Wycombe
The job: They are looking for an exceptionally organised and communicative HR Administrator to provide a first-class HR admin coordination service to all stakeholders within the business. They are looking for someone with proven ability to build relationships
Duties include;
* Produce HR reports
* Update the HR database
* Recruitment coordination support ( create and post adverts
* Support payroll admin
* Responsible for the administration of; employee benefits
* Dealing with/ respond to employees requests
* Oversee responses to subject access requests from employees
* Support the performance management process
* Undertake HR project work as and when required
Relevant profiles / experience
* We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a similar role (a varied/ busy/ high volume HR admin role),
* Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Proven admin skills / use of all MS applications
* Ability to working in a very busy/ ever-changing environment
* Proven relationship building experience
