My client in High Wycombe is looking for an experienced HR/ Recruitment Admin to join their team on a short term temp basis ASAP.
Monday – Friday: 37.5 hours (some flexibility with start and end times)
This role is ideally based at the company offices, but remote working is also available with occasional visits to the office, so you must be local.
You will have experience in:
– Using Applicant Tracking System/s
– Candidate admin
– Arranging interviews
– Basic data entry
– Answering basic queries via phone and email
– Knowledge of Networx would be preferred
Person Specification:
You will be a team player; working alongside two HR/L&D Coordinators. You will have initiative, common sense, be discreet and careful in terms of dealing with sensitive and confidential information. You are numerate with a strong attention to detail as you will be dealing with contracts, offer letters, salary data etc. You will possess a good standard of English both written and verbal with excellent communication skills
