HR Administrator required to join a fantastic company based in High Wycombe.
Responsibilities:
Chair the remuneration committee and implement the decisions as agreed with directors
Administration of payroll, management of company benefits (i.e Pension auto enrolment scheme, death in service) and maintain employee records
Support line managers with job descriptions, performance management appraisals and HR processes
Resolve employment-related inquiries from employees/manager, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to senior management
Recruitment including talent and succession planning
Manage onboarding procedure (induction) and offboarding (exit interviews, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as required)
Ensures compliance with employment laws/regulations and recommended best practices; review/implement company policies and practices to maintain compliance
Keep up to date with trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law
Performs other duties as assignedRequirements:
Previous experience in Human Resources.
Studying towards CIPD qualification or equivalent.
Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
