COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR
HIGH WYCOMBE
£22,000 to £25,000 + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively supporting a highly successful business located in the High Wycombe area who is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the business.
As a Compliance Administrator, you'll be responsible for handling all of the compliance elements for new & existing team members, which consists of around 1600 people. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills who wants to join a fast-paced business.
COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Working within the HR department and taking on the responsibility for ensuring the workforce is compliant
Dealing with compliance returns and updating them onto the database and referring them to relevant teams.
Liaising with an external consultancy and the Child Protection Company and managing the process end to end. Ensuring the database is updated with all new information.
Recording information from Weekly Returns, speaking with branch manager regarding any concerns, chasing outstanding returns at the end of the week.
Managing the DBS process from start to finish for all staff members, ensuring all staff who complete a DBS that have joined the Update Service
Managing and monitoring the Update Service for all staff
Reviewing creative visit reports and following up on causes for concerns and advice regarding compliance.
Checking compliance is up to date for each Branch on a fortnightly basis and liaising with the Branch Managers to sort any outstanding issues.
Checking that all branches are compliant before their launch.
Sending Branch Managers reminders of things that need to be updated.
Check ratios and assistants to numbers via compliance.
Sending Welcome emails to new staff, getting copies of Risk assessments, first aid certificates, references and setting up Child Protection courses and requesting staff to complete. Issuing consultancy agreements.
Checking of invoices for all Branches
Assist with administration duties for some branches
Emailing / calls to Branch Managers and staff in answer to questions and queries.
Sending out Deeds of Compliance and chasing if not complete.
Branch Manager Training attendance as required.
Work closely with the safeguarding team with any Compliance Concerns.
First line for Branch Manager enquiries regarding insurance.
Ensuring all Compliance Policies are up to date and any new changes have been reflectedTHE PERSON:
Must have strong experience in an Administrator position
Whilst not essential, it would be ideal if the candidate had experience of HR Compliance such as DBS checks
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Computer literate with MS OfficeTO APPLY
