Warehouse Supervisor

Manpower are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client based in High Wycombe. This role is well suited for someone who likes leading a team from the front and has good experience in goods-in and/or despatch.

Your role as a Warehouse Supervisor to provide effective management of all warehouse, spiral & delivery operations within the branch. Duties will include but are not be limited too, the close monitoring of both goods in and out, order picking, loading and unloading of vehicles, stock control, health & safety, employees (absence management, disciplinary, grievance etc.) housekeeping (neatness & order), delivery scheduling and generally working within the systems laid down by the company. In addition, you will also provide support to the Branch Manager, assisting them in their duties in managing the branch generally

What We Need From You…

Experience in leading a team
Good organisational and communication skills
Understanding of best health and safety practice
Ability to prioritise work
Possess good customer service and a professional manor
Ability to use warehouse software packages and MS Word
Attention to detail
Experience from a construction background
Ideally you will be local
