Brewster Partners Office Support & Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting exclusively recruiting for a Transport Planner for our client based in High Wycombe.
A newly established Logistics companyThe Job

Plan, organise and manage the work of designated staff to ensure that the work is accomplished
Ensure any potential or actual service issues are relayed to either the customer or supplier
Ensure that an accurate record of all administrated activity is completed and transmitted to the agreed parties within the agreed timetables as per the agreed SLA's with customers
To act as the main point of contact for all designated driving staff to ensure that clear instructions and expectations are given and confirmed
Creation of accurate consignment information
Creation of the charging of tariff classifications by customer ensuring that billing is accurate to the tariffs or quotations provided
To produce a clear set of handover instructions for all activities to be undertaken through the night or prior to the commencement of the next working day including clear loading plans
To act as the key point of contact for customers ensuring that a prompt and efficient response is given to all queries raised in a timely manner and confirmed in writing

The Person

Will be able to manual plan for 20 vehicles
Experience in the use of TMS – specifically Mandata would be high beneficial
Will manage their workload in a highly efficient and proactive manner
Have strong communication skills
If you are immediately available this would be highly advantageous
