Here at Remedicare, we are currently looking for experienced and qualified Day or Night Support Workers to join one of of our fantastic clients in the High Wycombe area on full time, permanent contracts.

This particular Residential Care Home is registered for 6 service users and provides specialised care for residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. The most up to date CQC inspection rated the care home as 'Good' overall!! A Support Worker with a strong passion for their residents is the ideal candidate to work alongside the homes already qualified team of Carers and Senior Carers.

The care Home can offer support workers a very competitive wage of £10.50 – £11.00 per hour (DOE) as part of a 36 – 48 hour contract. (Some part time roles may also be available)

As well as a competitive wage, the home provides meals for all support workers on shift as well as staff uniform and many more benefits!!

Part of a smaller organistaion, this particular home is able to provide care staff with a warm and family feeling work community as well as staff benefits and support towards gaining higher qualifications, such as an NVQ 3 and progression into Senior support Worker roles.
