SIA Door Supervisor / Door to Door Collections are you interested in training to become an Enforcement Agent?
Our Client has opportunities for you, the starting salary is £20k and includes a Company vehicle too, the OTE is £30k, and you will be fully supported whilst training.
This role could suit you if you have worked in security, had SIA training, or work as a Field Agent working door to door.
This is a ‘home based’ role and you would be involved with helping Customers manage and resolve their debt issues rather than removal of goods.
Person Requirements:
* Must live within 30 minutes’ drive of the location
* Must have a Full UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 2 years (able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles)
* No unsatisfied CCJ or IVA or debt relief order or bankruptcy
* No unspent criminal convictions
The recruitment process would be:
* Suitable candidates will be invited to complete a one way video (you have to record themselves stating why you feel you are suitable – it is basically a virtual way of creating a covering letter to support your application) anyone that doesn’t complete this will be rejected
* The hiring manager will review their video and CV and shortlist or reject them for interview
* Interviews would take place online via Video using Microsoft TEAMS
