Senior Business Analyst / Business Analysis Lead (Hybrid Working)

We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Wooburn Green on a permanent basis.
As a lead Business Analyst, this role will contribute to the delivery of the corporate objectives of Paradigm Housing through the provision of business analysis. With the right balance of business understanding, stakeholder engagement skills and business process re-engineering experience to successfully deliver on this project.
This role requires someone with a strong consultative background who can be strategic as well as get into the details when required. A self-starter and able to work effectively within a matrix management environment, where several delivery teams are implementing components of the overall solution.
You will also provide leadership to team members by collaborating, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results.
To be successful in this post you must have:

Experience of working across the entire business at enterprise level, as opposed to working on individual projects or programmes

Experience of business process re-engineering principles and process modelling, mapping and simulation
*
Strong business change experience / business process change / business process re-engineering / business process modelling / BPM / BPMN
*
Strong interpersonal skills along with an analytical mindset in order to help us bring about company wide process changes
*
Bachelor's degree in business studies, computer science or a related study OR equivalent experience
