Source Recruit have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to work onsite for a healthcare company that provides strategic solutions to the NHS and has been doing it for over 25 years!
Role Description
* Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs
* Research into competitors and marketplace
* Define job description and document specifications
* Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
* Create a candidate persona for each open position
* Conduct confidential interviews
* Present shortlisted candidates
* Present detailed candidate profile summaries
* Build long-term candidate relationships
* Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
Essential Experience Required
* A minimum of 1 year recruitment resourcing experience
* Experienced in lead generation
* Excellent attention to detail is essential
* Results-driven mentality
* Extremely strong organisational skills
* Diligent documentation skills
* Highly organised and pragmatic in approach
Desirable Experience Required
* NHS background preferable but not essential
