If so, NSL are currently recruiting for a On Street Supervisor to be based in Buckinghamshire

What you will be doing…

You will be leading and motivating a team of Civil Enforcement officers whilst on-street, ensuring a quality service delivery. You will also be responsible for training new Civil Enforcement Officers to the NSL way.

What you'll be doing…

Input of evening enforcement data using Microsoft systems
Radio control and monitoring Civil Enforcement Officers whilst on street
Brief and post Civil Enforcement Officers to their evening enforcement duties
Training new Civil Enforcement Officers helping them to gain basic levels of attainment
Upload data from hand held computers
Check accuracy of work through on street performance reports
Suspend and reinstate parking spaces/bays/placesWhat you'll need…

Great communication skills
Organisation skills
Great motivator of staff, and able to delegate effectively
experencing as a Civil Enforcement Officer
Knowledge of the TMA 2004 You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays) with shift times changing, flexibility for the role is essential.
