Source Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to work from home for a NHS Organisation.
This is a fast paced, challenging and demanding role where attention to detail is key.
You must be flexible in approach, able to exercise initiative, work independently and demonstrate a consistently high standard of professionalism, being aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity.
Job Role:
* Audit and validate data entered into clinical and administration systems ensuring data is kept accurate and complete as well as being entered in a timely manner.
* Create reports by inputting and manipulating complex data using tools such as Excel.
* Cross check details for patients on the waiting list to ensure date stamps for referral, appointments etc are correct and this involves cross checking in several different systems.
Essential Skills/ Experience Required:
* NHS experience is vital
* Has an understanding of Medical Terminology
* Has strong organisational & communication skills
* Has a high attention to detail
* Works well in a busy and demanding environment
* Has a strong desire to learn quickly and progress
Working Schedule:
Monday – Friday 37.5 hrs a week
