Description
Under general supervision, provides logistical and administrative support to marketing projects and activities. Executes and innovates on highly complex and varied administrative and clerical marketing assignments. Reviews and reconciles the tracking and processing of purchase orders. Ensures the coordination activities of various marketing functions which may include design, illustration, photography, paste up, and typography personnel. Ensures the maintenance of various spreadsheets and online resources. Assists in the creation of innovative sales tools and programs. Applies a polished professional manner and highly developed communications skills. Looks proactively for ways to assist others and to contribute.
Profile
A successful candidate for the roles of marketing coordinator would:
Have experience in marketing or a clear indication that they are interested in it
Have experience using software such as Adobe and Canva
Previous experience essential in: reviews and reconciles the tracking and processing of purchase orders.
Great levels of communication skills
