Exporter, High Wycombe, £28,000pa plus benefits:

A leading high-tech manufacturer is looking to recruit an Exporter to join their busy Customer Support & Operations Team. This is an incredibly exciting time for Exporter to join their business, as the business is pushing to break 100m and become part of the FTSE250.

As the Exporter, you will work closely with the Senior Exporter, Customer Support Manager and shipping agents, other divisions within the group, and other external and internal contacts to ensure customer orders are shipped promptly and correctly.

On a day-to-day basis Exporter will:

Ensure there is open communication with the customer and they are kept up to date and provided with all necessary information to enable successful shipping and receipt of products.
To prepare all required documentation to enable delivery in the UK and worldwide of company products. This will include: Invoices, packing list, EUR1, ATR1, Certificate of Origins, Consignment notes and any other
Support and inform management of any issues impacting customer delivery and satisfaction and suggest and implement solutions and improvements.
Letters of Credit shipments.
Update and maintain electronic filing.
Prepare freight quotations when required. Ideal candidate:

The successful Exporter will need experience of providing customer-focused, high quality shipping administration service, and be familiar with export documentation and procedures, Letters of Credit and IATA and understand the business implications if these are not adhered to. Other duties:

A knowledge of Inco Terms
Keeps on top of changing legislation in the Shipping environment to ensure that we comply with Customs and regulations
Is aware of personal involvement of achieving the monthly business and operational goals.
Maintain a flexible attitude and approach to changing requirements and priorities.
