I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, national, domiciliary franchise, who are looking for a Registered Manager for their new start-up branch in High Wycombe.
The Company:
Deliver bespoke homecare nationally
Franchise setup
15 years established
Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
The role:
Working alongside existing staff and management to grow the new start up branch
Managing the day to day running of the branch
Innovative ideas to continue growing the branch
Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC and get to Outstanding
Build a strong office team
Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
Required competencies:
Previous Domiciliary care experience is essential at management level
Good knowledge of CQC regulations
People management skills
Knowledge of Buckinghamshire area – desirable
Level 5 in Leadership and Management – desirable
Excellent personal skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
You MUST have worked within a domiciliary care setting or similar.
