£26,000 – £32,000 + Benefits

A specialist Asbestos and Environmental Risk Management Consultancy who are fully UKAS accredited and nationally recognised as leaders in Asbestos industry, are looking for an addition to their growing team in the South East.

Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking an ambitious and quality driven Asbestos Surveyor to join their asbestos division in the South and work on a whole host of commercial based contracts located in London and neighbouring areas.

The successful Asbestos surveyor will be BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified as a minimum and have proven experience carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys in domestic and commercial type contracts. You must also hold a full UK driving license with the flexibility to travel across London and various locations in the South East. My client is also looking for a strong communicator and fluency with IT and the use of tablets.

Your key duties as an Asbestos Surveyor:

Conduct Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys in alignment to HSG:264 guidelines
Cover a range of residential and commercial projects
Collect and submit bulk samples to be taken in for analysis
Submit thorough reports for all Asbestos Surveys via an online application
Liaise with clients for further project developmentsIn return you will receive a competitive salary depending on your experience of up to £32,000.
