Support Worker – High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire – £9-11 Per hour

Lifeline Healthcare (Subsidiary of Masterclass) are looking to recruit Support workers to work with learning & disabilities residents, on an ad-hoc basis located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The Support worker will participate in various aspects of resident care, enabling the highest standards of care to be provided for residents of all ages.

As a Support worker, you are required to have an empathetic attitude, provide compassion to others, have a desire to promote independence, as well as choice and control while supporting children, young people, and elderly persons. The position itself will work with different specialities including Learning Disabilities, Dementia and Challenging Behaviour.
