HCL Mental Health currently have an amazing opportunity for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to work as a childrens continuing care assessor. You will carry out new assessments and reviews of children on the continuing care caseload in line with the Children's Framework, present cases at panel, formulate/update care prescriptions, case management of a caseload, liaison with other professionals and care providers.
This role will be remote working so the ideal candidate needs to be competent/confident carrying out assessments/reviews etc over Teams. No expectation for travel except on the first day to pick up equipment from the office.

Must have the right to work in the UK
NMC registration/HCPC registration
2-3 years post qualifying experience working with children
5 years references
