QA Manager

We are currently working exclusively with a long-standing client with whom we have a successful track record in helping their QA/RA team grow across all levels. This is a well-established, global Medical Device company that is present in 40 countries and have a wide range of medical device products.

About the role

This critical hire is for a new QA Manager to oversee a broad range of quality operations focused on activities related to internal auditing, documentation control and wider management of the QMS.

This position will have immediate responsibility to directly manage a small and growing QA team – with a heavy focus on mentoring and developing.

This will be a hands on position, providing support and guidance to the team as well as carrying out QA activities directly.

Key competencies and experience

* Previous QA experience within Medical Device industry

* ISO13485 experience

* Ideally, experience with MDSAP

* Internal auditing experience – lead auditing experience would be a benefit (certification heavily desirable)

* Experience and/or capability to line manage

* Good communication skills

* Great eye for detail
