Universal Search group have an requirement for a Office Manager in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. My client, an innovative and forward-thinking Med-Tech industry are seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager, to join their developed team, becoming the heart and soul of the office & organisation. Our client is looking for a fast turn around and will be looking to take somebody on for an immediate start.
Responsibilities
· Proven commercial experience as an Office Manager ideally focused in the MedTech or tech environment
· Prior experience compiling company policies & processes relating to
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
· Strong skills across the Microsoft office suite and a range of google products
· Experience dealing with Finance and Accounting duties including purchasing
· Strong prioritisation skills and an ability to do multiple tasks concurrently with a proactive and thoughtful approach ISO 13485
Salary
£30,000-£32,000 per annum
Hours of work
The standard working week will be 40 hours
