IT Manager
IT Manager needed for a major multinational organisation based in High Wycombe to lead technology strategy, planning, program management, business process/analysis oversight and quality for IT process capabilities for the relevant platforms and business areas. The role of IT Manager will see you engage external perspectives to identify and bring forward emerging technology trends, acting as a technology navigator to inform and shape business strategy as well as improving the onboarding and adoption of new services and products.
The successful IT Manager will need a general knowledge on the broad spectrum of technology when applied to customer development such as data management and analytics, CRM, digital marketing and engagement, collaboration and communication.
An example of your responsibilities as IT Manager include:
Build/shape and execute Technology roadmap for UK Commercial by understanding the Business and Digital First strategies, identifying how technology can help achieve the desired outcomes and unlock value.
Partner with the business and the product lines to feed and influence product portfolios and strategies with real-world examples, supports ideation around solutions and coordinate delivery of agreed and funded projects
Document business requirements in a way that effectively gathers the business needs and conveys understanding to technical staff
Understands integration points between applications, processes, vendors and functions
Anticipates and resolves issues/barriers that may impede progress and raises appropriately
Ensure information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and protected by respecting all local and global security policies. What experience you need to be the successful IT Manager:
Enthusiastic business partnering and teamwork skills in working with delivery teams, business partners, agencies, and decision-makers
Strong problem-solving attitude; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environment.
Effectively use MS Team sites, Project, Visio, Power Point for communication and managing resources
Experience with creating and managing new initiatives plans, strategic and annual operating plans.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as evidenced by ability to develop presentations and speak to large audiences including senior level personnel.
